Understand how Valixe works, from your first assessment and doctor review to payment, pharmacy delivery and ongoing care-team support.
Valixe is an online weight-management service that connects your health assessment, doctor review, treatment orders and ongoing support through a private patient account. Your account also gives you tools to record your weight, upload progress photos and contact the care team.
The Valixe care team helps with your assessment, account, orders and ongoing support. The reviewing doctor makes clinical and prescription decisions. Where treatment is approved and paid for, the pharmacy handles dispensing and dispatch.
Create an account, verify your email address and complete your health assessment. A doctor reviews your information and may ask for further details. If treatment is approved, you can review the prescription details and order cost before paying. The pharmacy then processes the paid order for dispensing and dispatch.
You can complete your assessment, follow updates, pay for approved orders and contact the care team through your patient account. If the doctor needs more information or a further consultation, this will form part of your review.
Register with Valixe, then verify your email address using the link in your verification email. Once verified, you can access your account and complete your assessment.
Email verification confirms that you can access the address registered to your account. It is required before you can use the patient area and complete an assessment.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you registered with the correct email address. Use the resend option on the verification screen if available. If you still cannot verify your account, contact the care team for help.
View assessment updates and orders, pay for approved treatment, record your weight, upload progress photos and send private messages. You can also submit aftercare and repeat-treatment requests.
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page and enter the email address used to register. Follow the reset link sent to that address.
Complete the health assessment in your patient account. The doctor reviews your medical history, current health, weight-management goals and other relevant information before deciding whether treatment is suitable.
The assessment asks for relevant details such as your age, height, weight, medical history, existing conditions, current medication and previous treatment experience. Provide accurate, up-to-date answers so the doctor can review your circumstances.
No. Registering, choosing a preferred product or submitting an assessment does not guarantee treatment. Any prescription depends on the doctor's review of your individual circumstances.
The doctor may need to clarify an answer or understand your health history before making a decision. Follow the request shown in your account and contact the care team if you need help providing the information.
Sign in to your patient account to view its status and available updates. Check your account for information requests and next steps while the assessment is being reviewed.
You can select a preferred product in your assessment and share details of any previous treatment. Your selection is a request for review. The doctor decides whether it is appropriate and what can be prescribed.
The reviewing doctor makes the prescription decision. The Valixe care team can help coordinate the process, but it does not make prescribing decisions.
You will be able to follow the assessment outcome and any available next steps in your account. If you need help understanding the update, contact the care team. Treatment that has not been approved cannot proceed to a prescription order.
Use the repeat-treatment request area in your patient account and provide the requested updates. Further treatment is subject to review and approval. A previous prescription does not automatically approve a new order.
Product information may show available prices while you complete your assessment. After approval, review the approved treatment details and order cost in your account before checkout. The amount shown for your approved order is the cost to check before paying.
Payment follows treatment approval. Once the approved order is available in your account, review its details and complete checkout. The order moves to pharmacy processing after payment is confirmed.
No. Payment and dispatch are separate stages. After payment confirmation, the pharmacy carries out its dispensing and fulfilment process. Follow the order status in your account for available updates.
Check your order status before trying again. If a payment appears on your bank account but your order has not updated, contact the care team with your order reference. Do not send card details through messages.
Contact the care team with your order reference and explain your request. The team will check the order status and the terms that apply to it before advising you. Contact Valixe.
The pharmacy handles dispensing and dispatch for approved, paid orders. The Valixe care team helps coordinate order queries and keeps the patient journey connected through your account.
Dispatch follows doctor approval, confirmed payment and pharmacy processing. Timing depends on the pharmacy and delivery arrangements. Check your order page for available status updates.
Open the order in your patient account to see its current status and any delivery or tracking details added to it. Contact the care team if you need help understanding an update.
Contact the care team through your patient account and include the order reference and a description of the problem. If an item arrives damaged or appears different from your order, report this so the team can coordinate with the pharmacy.
Use the weight-tracking area in your patient account to record your weight and view your progress over time. You can also upload progress photos and keep relevant updates connected to your care.
Use private messages in your patient account for account, assessment, order or support queries. If you have not registered, use our contact page for general questions.
An aftercare request lets you share a question or update about your ongoing treatment through your account. The care team reviews the request and involves a doctor where clinical input is needed.
Let the care team know through your patient account and include the relevant changes in any further assessment or repeat-treatment request. Your information can then be referred for clinical review where needed.
Patient messages and aftercare requests are not an emergency service. For urgent medical concerns, use the appropriate urgent or emergency healthcare service rather than waiting for a platform reply.
Your health information helps the doctor assess suitability and helps the care team coordinate your assessment and ongoing support. Keep this information accurate and tell the team about relevant changes.
Progress photos are uploaded through your private patient account for use in your care. They are not displayed as a public profile or website gallery.
Contact Valixe if you have questions about your account information, health records or photos. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to raise a privacy request.
If you can't find the answer you're looking for, get in touch with the Valixe team and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Start with your health, circumstances and goals. Create your patient account, complete the assessment and follow your next steps with support from the Valixe care team.
Completing an assessment does not guarantee treatment. Any prescription remains subject to clinical suitability.
